No AC3 passthrough with BSplayer

Hi!

I have my computer connected to my digital receiver. Using 0.7b of AC3Filter I was able to output digital sound from divx movies with AC3 soudntracks, but now, using the latest 1.10b, it doesn't work the way I want it to:
* When I am using WMP it works fine and I get digital sound through to the receiver
* When using BSplayer (my default player) I don't and I get:
...
  SPDIF status: Disabled (SPDIF output is not supported)
...

What could be wrong?

PS I've been getting the same behaviour with all the post 0.7b versions.
